In 2020, a group of Calistoga residents set out to create a space that restores, enlivens, and cultivates the human spirit through community, creativity, and learning. Brannan Center thrives today because of your support, which takes many forms.
DonateRosie Dunsford was a cook, baker, friend, mom, writer, painter, businesswoman, city councilwoman, community volunteer, grandma, dog mom, and a martini lover. She passed on January 1, 2023, at the age of 83 in her home in Calistoga with her family at her bedside. Her son, local restauranteur Michael Dunsford, has partnered with us to raise funds to build a commercial kitchen in her honor, so that our community has a place to gather and enjoy the hearth of the Brannan Center.

At the inception of the project, we chose to solicit advice, assistance, and outreach from every segment of the UpValley population. Today, more than 75 Ambassadors represent the project to the broad community, ensuring real representation of interests and enduring support. We thank each and every person, and actively solicit YOUR help and engagement should you have interest.
